Did you know that back in the days of our grandfather, Oliver Samascott, the farm tended an ice cream stand on Route 9H?
Today, our homemade hard ice cream is made right in the store, with more than 100 flavors created since 2012. Add soft serve, seasonal Dole Whip, and flavors made with our own homegrown fruit, and you’ve got plenty of reasons to stop by for a scoop.
SOFT SERVE
Our soft serve is available spring through fall in vanilla, chocolate, or the best of both worlds: twist.
DOLE WHIP (SOFT)
A delicious dairy-free, fat-free treat. Available from spring through fall, with rotating flavors that may include lemon, orange, pineapple, raspberry, and seasonal favorites.
HOMEMADE HARD
Since 2012, we’ve churned out more than 100 flavors, from blueberry made with our own homegrown fruit to maple bacon, lavender, and sweet corn.
DOGGIE SUNDAE
Available from spring through fall, our Doggie Sundae features vanilla soft serve topped with peanut butter sauce and a dog biscuit. A special treat for your favorite companion!

We regularly stock freshly frozen beef, chicken, turkey, and pork, with many of our animals raised right here on our own farm. We also work with neighboring Hudson Valley farms to bring you a wider selection of locally raised meats.
Our selection includes everyday cuts as well as specialty and lesser-known cuts, with availability changing throughout the year. Our meat comes from pasture-raised animals, regardless of the farm it comes from.
