RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the cash register and accurately process customer purchases

Scoop and prepare ice cream for customers

Rotate and sort produce to maintain quality and freshness

Restock store displays, shelves, and supplies as needed

Provide friendly, helpful customer service

Keep all store areas clean and organized, including displays, the ice cream area, bathrooms, outdoor porch, parking lots, and greenhouse

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks according to our detailed cleaning checklist
REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to learn new skills and communicate openly

Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday

Ability to lift and carry boxes and bags weighing up to 50 lbs

Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and complete tasks independently
EXPERIENCE

Previous cashier experience is a plus, but not required - we will train you

Previous ice cream or food-service experience is a plus, but not required - we will train you
PAY
Hourly, starting at $16/hour and based on experience.
SCHEDULE
We are currently seeking daytime, evening, and weekend help. Weekend availability is required.

At our beautiful farm, pick-your-own season runs from early June through October, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday. We’re closed every Tuesday.
Beginning in September, our hours shift to 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect each customer's vehicle as it exits the property

Do you love farms, nature, and being outdoors? This seasonal management position at our beautiful farm would be a great fit for you.
Our pick-your-own season runs from early June through October, bringing a steady stream of visitors to the farm throughout the growing season. We’re looking for a motivated, organized manager to oversee the day-to-day pick-your-own operation and help keep everything running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a welcoming experience through friendly, helpful customer service

Monitor inventory, conduct weekly counts, and place product orders as needed

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

Maintain attractive, well-organized displays throughout the store

Hire, train, and support seasonal staff as needed
-
Create and manage staff schedules
-
Address staff and customer concerns and resolve issues as they arise
-
Update orchard signage as crop availability changes throughout the season

Help keep the pick-your-own operation running smoothly and efficiently

Take on additional store management responsibilities as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous retail management experience is a plus, but not required
