• Booth fee is $?? per vendor for one day

• We are currently only booking each vendor for Saturday OR Sunday

• Please select both dates if you're open to either one

• Vendors must be local artisans - your products must be made by you in New York

• An invoice for the booth fee will be emailed to selected vendors after reviewing applications

• Please allow 7-10 days for review - your patience is appreciated!

• Once the invoice is paid, your spot is reserved

• Craft fair will be held inside the main greenhouse

• We provide 2 tables per booth on top of the fiberglass planting benches to help distribute weight evenly and prevent benches from cracking

• Booth setup time is from 8am-9:45am the day of the event

• There will be about 20+ vendors each day

• Previous craft fairs have brought in 1000+ attendees per day

Cancellation Policy:

Vendor must cancel within 7 days of the event to receive a booth refund, minus 10% processing fee.
